Abstract
⺠A simple, accurate and effective HPLC-DAD method for simultaneous determination of nine flavonoids in S. cannabifolius has been developed for the first time. ⺠The analytical work is the first report regarding flavonol-5-O-β-d-glucosides in Senecio species. ⺠The proposed method will likely serve as a useful tool in the quality control of S. cannabifolius.
