Abstract
⺠CHI and CHI IAM of 32 4-hydroxycoumarins were measured at pH 2.8 and 7.0 with methanol as organic solvent. ⺠Variations of their lipophilicity and membrane affinity were described primarily by differences in clogP/clogD coefficients. ⺠Variations in H-bond, dipolar and ionic interaction capacities with chromatographic components were also found significant.
