Abstract
⺠HPLC-PDA-MSn method is a rapid and efficient tool for the analysis of pyranochromanones in Calophyllum spp. ⺠Leaves and resins of Cuban Calophyllum spp are a rich source of pyranochromanone acids. ⺠Three new pyranochromanone acids were identified by MSn and NMR analyses.
