Abstract
⺠No related method has been reported for determination of clinofibrate in plasma. ⺠A convenient, rapid and sample HPLC method was developed. ⺠The sample was prepared by protein precipitation which is convenient. ⺠First time studying the pharmacokinetic characteristics of clinofibrate in human. ⺠Our study will furnish basis for clinical application.
