Abstract
⺠Dexrazoxane (DEX) is a highly effective, clinically used cardioprotective drug. ⺠Its mechanism of action still remains elusive. ⺠This is caused by difficulties with assay of DEX along its active metabolite. ⺠The first LC-MS/MS method for their simultaneous determination was developed. ⺠This method was validated and finally utilized in the relevant in vitro experiment.
