Abstract
⺠In vivo technique has been developed to measure human lip non-invasively by FTIR. ⺠HbA1c levels of diabetes patients are able to be predicted by FTIR-ATR technique. ⺠Some of advanced glycation end products (AGEs) may be measured by FTIR. ⺠Measurement of lipid peroxides on lip is helpful for screening of the disease.
