Abstract
⺠Glycosylation patterns were analysed using a microfluidic platform and MALDI-TOF-MS. ⺠Preparation of 54 parallel samples could be finished in less than 4 h. ⺠A data set was created to mimic the variation in therapeutic antibody production. ⺠Glycosylation patterns of four different antibodies were well classified. ⺠SIMCA of two similar glycosylation patterns gave a well-defined group classification.
