Abstract
⺠For the first time the usage of SPME and DLLME coupled with GC-MS detection for the extraction and analysis of pregabalin. ⺠Results exhibit good linearity, precision and detection limit for both techniques. ⺠The developed methods may find wide application for the routine determination of PRG in biological as well as in quality control samples of pharmaceutical formulations.
