Abstract
The third deciduous molar (Dm3) in the mandible of the miniature pigs corresponding to cap stage at E40 and bell stage at E50 (E: embryonic days). Tooth germs of E40 and E50 were pooled separately into two groups. Total peptides were labeled using tandem mass tag (TMT) after protein extraction and digestion with trypsin for proteomic analysis; E40 and E50 labeled with TMT 128 and TMT 129, respectively. The mixture was run on a capillary/nano-HPLC system and separated into sequential fractions. The identification of peptides from the acquired MS/MS spectra were performed using the NCBI protein database search approach. The enriched kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes (KEGG) pathways, the protein-protein interaction (PPI) network and the validation of candidate proteins of differentially regulated proteins (DRPs) were constructed.181
