Abstract
Hela cells were encapsulated with polydopamine (PDA) and further coated with magnetic nanoparticles. Then, the magnetic cells and their broken fragment of the PMs could be isolated with a magnet field. Plasma membrane proteins and their complexes could be well maintained. After tryptic digestion, peptides could be isolated from the PDA shell.102
