Abstract
⺠Apple fruit ripening and response to ethylene were analyzed using proteomic approach. ⺠Increased proteins relate to ethylene synthesis, allergens, oxidative stress, and glycolysis. ⺠Ethylene treatment reduced proteins in glycolysis and carbohydrate metabolisms. ⺠Significantly changed proteins indicate a dynamic network of proteins in fruit ripening.
