Abstract
⺠Transport and signaling proteins were identified as major functional groups in the PM. ⺠BAK1, PTI1, 14-3-3 proteins and AIR12 altered by Fe stress ⺠Membrane trafficking and glycolysis increased by Fe deficiency. ⺠Translation and membrane remodeling increased by Fe toxicity. ⺠Cell wall-related processes and growth regulation are general stress responses.
