Abstract
⺠Discussion summary at EUPA2012 on the topic of “Dealing with the Data Mountain” ⺠We lay out ten top tips for data processing in proteomics. ⺠We argue for open source software development and “big data” compatible solutions. ⺠We call for community-wide data analysis challenges to compare workflows. ⺠We aim for community-driven gold standards in data handling, reporting and sharing.
