Abstract
⺠DAPA technology enables fast, cost effective production of protein arrays. ⺠Optimisation of array support coatings resulted in significant performance improvement. ⺠Technology optimisation yields up to three times more expressed protein. ⺠Antibodies screened on DAPA arrays yielded results similar to those with conventionally spotted protein arrays.
