Abstract

âº The specificities of 25 CTK SH2 domains are determined by screening OBOC peptide libraries. âº SVM models are created for the 25 SH2 domains for predicting SH2-ligand interactions. âº The specificities of the CTK SH2 domains show less overlap than those of the kinase domains.
