Abstract
⺠New strategy for protein ID from micro areas based on microextraction is presented. ⺠Extraction areas are defined according to clustering of MALDI MSI data. ⺠1500 proteins are identified from 650 μm diameters area (about 1900 cells). ⺠ID proteins are back correlated to MALDI MSI data thanks to high mass accuracy.
