Abstract
⺠First proteomic description of MAM isolated from mammalian tissue (mouse brain). ⺠Gel-assisted LC/LC-MS/MS of MAM led to the identification of 1,212 proteins. ⺠Identified proteins involved in synaptic long-term potentiation, axonal guidance, and CREB signaling in neurons. ⺠Identified proteins play a role in several neurological disorders including Huntington's and Alzheimer's.
