Abstract
⺠Cell wall loosening-related proteins are not increased in mutant under flooding stress. ⺠Ubiquitin/proteasome-mediated proteolysis did not occur in mutant under flooding stress. ⺠Activation of the fermentation system in the early stages of flooding is an important factor for flooding tolerance.
