Abstract
⺠We contrast Eucalyptus globulus genotypes with different drought tolerance: T vs S ⺠The seed proteome shows a build-up of proteins involved in abiotic stress for T. ⺠On the contrary, S accumulate seed storage and biotic stress-related proteins. ⺠ZmRab homologous proteins are first-time described in Eucalypt, accruing in T. ⺠Higher ABA & ABA-GE content, and morphological traits are also advantageous for T.
