Abstract
⺠Improved detection and enrichment of a low abundant membrane protein is described. ⺠A modified cell lysis buffer gave significant increase in protein detection. ⺠Antibody crosslinked to beads in co-IP gave significantly higher protein yield. ⺠0.1% formic acid elution and on-bead digestion for LC/MS-MS analysis is suitable. ⺠This method can be for enrichment and native purification of low-abundant membrane proteins.
