Abstract
⺠The preconcentration of mercury species with TSIL USA DLLME is optimized. ⺠The determination by CV AAS in organic phase without back-extraction is proposed. ⺠The method requires low volume of sample and reagents. ⺠A low limit of detection, good precision and high enhancement factor were obtained. ⺠An application to mercury species determination in complex matrices was shown.
