Abstract
⺠A carbon nanotube (CNT) electrode for cardiac Troponin T (cTnT) detection was developed. ⺠Polyethyleneimine film was used to anchor carboxylated CNT in which anti-cTnT was immobilized. ⺠It was achieved a low detection limit (0.033 ng mLâ 1) without necessity of chemical mediators.
