Abstract
► Furosemide is one of the most commonly used diuretics and is considered as a doping agent in sports. ► The proposed method is based on the use of the diffuse reflectance spectroscopy. ► It requires minimal amounts of samples and reagents/solvents. ► The proposed method constitutes a useful contribution to the green chemistry.
