Abstract
⺠A simple flow-batch luminometer (FBL) is presented. ⺠Drawbacks of the traditional flow chemiluminescence systems were overcome. ⺠FBL uses a photodiode instead of a photomultiplier tube as detector. ⺠FBL was applied in the determination of vitamin B12 in injection ampoules. ⺠The excellent analytical figures of merit were obtained.
