Abstract
⺠Sugaring-out assisted liquid/liquid extraction (SULLE) has been successfully used to extract HIV drugs from human plasma. ⺠The assay has been validated for regulated uses and ~ 10 other compounds have been tested with SULLE with success. ⺠This article would be one of the earliest applications of SULLE in analytical chemistry. ⺠SULLE is new and more application and theory articles are anticipated in next a few years.
