Abstract
► A modified approach of the QuEChERS methodology to extract isoflavones from solid food samples before CE-ESI-MS. ► The method includes a dispersive solid-phase extraction step using various solid sorbents. ► Isoflavones in their natural form were extracted. ► The proposed method is simple, rapid, effective and reproducible.
