Abstract
⺠CH radical visualizations showed intuitive spontaneous emission intensity changes according to the different plasma conditions. ⺠The negative bias voltage is responsible for the turbostratic structure on the surfaces of the substrates. ⺠Aggregation structures of the synthesized carbonaceous films varied from the density of CH radicals in the plasma gases.
