Abstract
⺠DIC-ANN using CMOS camera was developed for protein assay in latex samples. ⺠It was based on RGB values from reaction of protein with modified Lowry reagent. ⺠Spectrophotometry was used for comparing the results with the proposed method. ⺠The LOQ of DIC-ANN for extractable protein in latex samples was 1 μg mLâ 1. ⺠The proposed method was proved to be a convenient, rapid and inexpensive method.
