Abstract
⺠Subcritical water treatment of fish tissue was performed. ⺠Dissolution of Hg and Se from fish tissue into the aqueous phase was monitored. ⺠Speciation of Hg and Se dissolved was favorably carried out by the combination of HPLC and atomic spectrometric method. ⺠Majority of Hg dissolved was methylated species.
