Abstract
⺠We synthesized a new palladium chelate compound: bis(2-aminobenzoate)palladium(II). ⺠The palladium chelate reacts quantitatively with sulfide. ⺠The reaction leads to increase of fluorescence intensity. ⺠The method was applied to determine sulfide in freshwater.
