Abstract
⺠We developed specific analytical methods for NiII(3-OMe-salophene). ⺠NiII(3-OMe-salophene) has anticancer activity. ⺠HR-CS-AAS method was used for the determination of NiII(3-OMe-salophene) in cancer cells. ⺠The LC method was used for the determination of NiII(3-OMe-salophene) in serum albumin. ⺠The developed methods will aid in better characterization of the molecule.
