Abstract
⺠We present three immobilization methods of fungal laccase from Trametes versicolor. ⺠We characterized three MWCNTs laccase based modified biosensors. ⺠We tested the biosensors performances towards phenolic and non-phenolic substrates. ⺠We tested the permeability to some redox mediators across the immobilizing layer. ⺠We found that polyazetidine shows the better performances as immobilizing agent.
