Abstract
⺠Facile size-controllable preparation of spherical ZnO nanoparticles. ⺠The resonant light scattering (RLS) intensity was proportional to the ZnO concentration. ⺠The cubic root of the RLS intensity was proportional to the size of ZnO nanoparticles. ⺠The relationship of the nano-ZnO size versus the calcination temperature was derived.
