Abstract
The pre-analytical recommendations in gasometry are very strict. In addition to the difficulties encountered in the management of the routing time in routine or in the framework of the delocalized biology, there arises the problem of passing examinations in case of automated failure (degraded mode). Accreditation regulations require a risk analysis study with the local population of patients represented here by a pool of 67 patients. The results of certain parameters as pH, pCO2 and bicarbonates did not appear to be altered by storage for one hour at room temperature.
