Abstract
France knew these last two years particularly dramatic events. The air accident of an Airbus A320 of the company Germanwings in April, 2015, in the Alpes de Haute-Provence and the horrifying attacks in November, 2015 in Paris or last July in Nice made the news. These particularly murderous, but very different events due to their nature, put under the spotlights media and attentions of the authorities a complex and multi-disciplinary work: mass disaster victims' identification.
