Microbiotes, poumon et aménagement des interfaces. Nouveaux regards sur l'immunologie, et peut-être sur l'homme ?

Taking interest in microbiotas world needs first to deal with methodological limits and pitfalls. In the lung area, microbiota seems an expansion, basically bronchial, of the oropharynx one, and limited by mucociliary clearance and nutrient poverty. Pathological conditions lead to a somewhat global richness increase, and/or composition alterations that can end in a loss of diversity. The natural lowness of this microbiota, first, incites us to rethink our society's organization, inadequate by its individual's concentration ; second, incites immunologists to reconsider body interfaces with environment, and to rethink immune system and Immunology teaching, possibly opening in this way a new era in this science story.
