Abstract
The prevalence of malnutrition in hospitals is high. In France, the organization of its screening and management uses committees for link supply and nutrition, created by circular in 2002, possibly helped by Nutrition teams whose development is still low. Pursuing a nutritional care at home uses a sophisticated logistics for enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition through an outsourced integrated delivery of the hospital in a relatively stabilized regulatory environment.
