Abstract
The endometrial carcinoma is the most frequent gynecological cancer and the seventh cause of death by cancer in the Western Europe, revealed by abnormal bleeding. The therapeutic coverage depends on the endometrial biopsy which specifies the histological type and the histopronostic grade and of the IMR which allows the stadification. Two histological types of the cancer of the endometrium are described the type I and II, having histological, epidemiological and molecular specificities. At present the therapeutics which tends to decrease the morbidity is related to the histological type to the grade and to the degree of myometrial invasion. The risk factors of the cancer of the endometrium are the hyperestrogenism and the hereditary predisposition : the Lynch syndrome.
