Abstract
Analysis of urinary catecholamines (norepinephrine, epinephrine, dopamine) and derivates, metanephrines (normetadrenaline, metadrenaline, 3-methoxytyramine), and vanylmandelic and homovanillic (VMA et HVA), is using today HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography). These measurements are important for diagnostic and follow up of some neuroendocrine tumors : pheochromocytome (adults) and neuroblastome (children).
