Abstract
The most important histological lesions which can be difficult to interpret are listed in the second part of the article : follicular hyperplasia vs lymphoma, lymphoid transformation of the follicles, marginal zone hyperplasia vs lymphoma, immunoblastic hyperplasia vs large B cell lymphoma, plasma cell hyperplasia vs lymphoma, deep cortical area hyperplasia vs T cell lymphoma, significance of epithelioid cell nests, of histiocytic hyperplasia, erythrophagocytic histiocytosis, of the presence of large cells in the sinuses, of diffuse lymphoid hyperplasia, of necrosis, of the presence of Reed-Sternberg cells. For each condition, the criteria allowing to propose the right diagnosis are discussed.
