Abstract
It has been demonstrated that early treatments have a significant improvement on disease activity of rheumatoid arthritis. These findings have shifted the medical problem from “how to treat” to “how to make an early diagnosis of RA”. In this way, biological markers of RA have to update in order to optimize early diagnosis and follow up of the disease.
