Abstract
Since 1979, the increasing number of organ transplantations resulted in an increase of associated leishmaniasis, particularly visceral leishmaniasis. The epidemiological, clinical and biological patterns of 66 cases reported in the literature are analysed, as well as their treatment management. Tegumentary leishmaniasis were less frequent, with only seven cases. They were exceptionnally associated to visceral leishmaniasis.
