Abstract
Highly fluorescent nitrogen-doped carbon dots (N-CDs) with high fluorescence quantum yield (58.6%), which prepared by a simple, one-pot mild hydrothermal method, could be served as a fluorescent sensing platform for fast and effective detection of Cr(VI) ions.193
