Abstract
This study aim to verify the feasibility of building an enhanced and reliable reduced-spectrum model for monitoring of the alcohol concentration and residual glucose in SSF of ethanol. L1-norm regularization variable selection method was adopted to select wavelength variables from full-spectrum. And the figure below shows the distribution of selected wavelength variables by L1-norm regularization for alcohol concentration (a) and residual glucose (b) in the full-spectrum.225
