Abstract
Bromo-ester derivative of 7-hydroxy-4-methylcoumarin was developed as a turn-on fluorescent probe for the selective detection of N2H4 with excellent selectivity and sensitivity based on hydrazine-triggered substitution-cyclization-elimination reaction. Imaging intracellular N2H4 was successfully achieved in living HeLa cells.160
