Abstract
The erythrocytes were injected, separated and detected using microfluidic chips coupled with a laser-induced fluorescence system. The GSH content within single erythrocyte were detected and used for statistical analysis. The variation law between GSH level and age along with the relationship between GSH level and pathological state were investigated. In addition, this work also provides a simple and effective method for rapid GSH detection within single cell.
