Abstract
A new phosphorescent sensor for the determination of alpha-fetoprotein variant (AFP-V) and the technical method for the forecast of human diseases have been developed based on the specific affinity adsorption reaction between -COOH of DMA-F-FITC-Con A and -NH2 in AFP-V. This study opened up the analytical application of sensor, F and lectin, but also provided a new way for the development of SSRTP.
