Abstract
Four simple, specific, accurate and precise spectrophotometric methods manipulating ratio spectra were developed and validated for simultaneous determination of simvastatin (SM) and ezetimibe (EZ) namely; extended ratio subtraction (EXRSM), Simultaneous ratio subtraction (SRSM), ratio difference (RDSM) and absorption factor (AFM).
