Abstract
TMR is conjugated on the specific site of aptamer. The TMR-labeled aptamer (A50-T26-TMR or A26-T20-TMR) shows fluorescence anisotropy (FA)-decreasing response upon AFB1 due to the binding-induced FA change and allows a rapid and direct FA assay for AFB1. The binding between aptamer and AFB1 is fully investigated by using the TMR-labeled aptamer through FA analysis.143
