Abstract
cDNA1 hybridizes with cDNA2 to form double-stranded DNA (dsDNA). The aptasensor was constructed via the electronic interaction between methyl violet (MV) and dsDNA. Upon the addition of AFP or miRNA-122, RLS intensity changes proportionally with AFP or miRNA-122 concentration. In the presence of a mixture consisting AFP and miRNA-122, AFP bound to the AFP aptamer to increase RLS and miRNA-122 bound to its complementary strand to decrease RLS.195
